Ons glo dat ‘n gemeente nooit net met hul eie dingetjies besig moet wees nie, maar ook ‘n verskil moet maak in die wêreld. Ons ondersteun daarom vir Ntsioua Tsemane van Lesotho wat tans as sendeling in Malawi werk. Ons ondersteun ook vir Willem van der Colff wat in die Oekraïne werk. Hier is die jongste nuus vanaf Ntsioua en Willem.
Greetings family
I pray and hope that you are well. It’s been over two months now since my last update.
A lot of things have happened here since then. we had new leaders who unfortunately had to be dismissed from the organisation. There was a time when there was no peace in our team because of them. We thank God because since they left, our team is strongly united and work is going well.
We (myself and the lady I’m staying with) have started the youth/kids Bible study group, where we are training older children to be leaders and know how to plan Bible lessons and to teach them to the younger children. We meet every Tuesday with the older ones and Wednesdays with the big team, where the older ones do the teaching. The plan is then when we leave this village, they will be able to take over.
There is a lady whom we’ve been meeting with for Bible studies, she joined us when we started the youth ministry and she decided to do the same thing in her village. We visited her last Sunday and I was very amazed to how well she does her work. She is a new Christian and is still learning, but she is doing a very good job.

Please pray for our children’s teams that God will raise strong men and women who serve him forever.
For us too, that we will teach the truth that will change the childrens’ lives for better.

En Willem skryf uit Oekraine:
Ek is dankbaar dat ons winter amper verby is! Nou smelt die sneeu en orals is ‘n modderbad, maar ten minste is die dagtemperature weer bo vriespunt!
– Ons het baie bedieningsgeleenthede die afgelope 2 weke gehad. Net vanmiddag het ek in ‘n onverwagse geleentheid om in ‘n Bybel-kollege klas te kon gee, gehad.
– Hierdie naweek (Saterdag en Sondag) bied ons weer ‘n kursus aan. Vra julle gebed daarvoor.
– Ek verwag om weer sendeling-opleiding in Maart in Odessa te gaan aanbied, maar wag nog vir bevestiging van die datums.
– Ons fondse het eina min begin raak en die laaste week was ons bietjie gespanne daaroor. Ewe skielik het ons egter weer ‘n paar donasies ontvang. So, wil net getuig dat ons glo God betyds in ons behoeftes sal voorsien. Daarom mag ons maar God saam dank vir sy ondersteuning vir ons almal in hierdie tyd! Bid ook saam met ons dat God sal voorsien … ons sal binne die volgende maand moet nuwe bande vir ons voertuig koop, asook sekere ander bedieningsuitgawes moet aangaan.
